Wild Minds Weekly: The Perfect Citizen
Hello friends,
You've been called strange, backward, and extreme. You've been told that you should 'just relax' and 'trust the experts'.
Why?
Because you decided that 'normal' simply was not good enough for you.
You know that society's idea of 'The Perfect Citizen' is not who you want to be.
The Perfect Citizen in our culture of consumerism is:

Physically drained from an indoor lifestyle of comfort without deep rest, and a diet of nutritionally empty food. All of which makes them weaker and, literally, softer.
Mentally depleted from mind-numbing work, constant distraction, and mindless entertainment.
Financially chained by 'good debt' like a nice house for them to watch TV in, and a luxury car for them to get stuck in traffic.
Spiritually bankrupt from crippling insecurity, a lack of deep connection, adventure, and meaningful pursuit.
A good friend and mentor told me, "Everything is made to disrupt and distract you."

Why? To put you in a state of insecurity and fear.
This is a combination that makes you ripe for harvest. Harvested by who?
The food, pharmaceutical, tech, clothing, car, and cosmetic industries.
Stressed in a Tesla, stuck in traffic, on your way back from an office job you hate, seeking relief through the products or services they'll sell you, that's who they want you to become.
The Perfect Citizen is the ideal consumer, and they will sacrifice their time, energy, and attention for greater levels of comfort and luxury, thinking that will make them happy. They don't know any different.
But you do.
You know life can be more.
You felt it when you took your first step out of the facade.
- When you ate the foods they told you were "unsafe" and felt more alive than you had in years.
- When you healed conditions that you were told you had to live with the rest of your life.
- When you turned off the news and your mind cleared.
- When you realised that man took what nature gave you for free, and sold it back to you in a pill.
- When you started living your life according to your values.
- When you realised what it actually means to be free.
You know how life should feel. You know how you want to live. You've tasted a higher vibration. Keeping it though?
That's an act of rebellion in this modern world. It's something you have to consciously fight to maintain amongst the noise, propaganda, conditioning, and suffocation of your personal freedoms.
So how do you do that?
